It is widely used in oil-lubricated screw compressors, piston compressors, generator sets, various domestic and imported heavy-duty vehicles, loaders and engineering machinery and equipment. The spin-on oil filter assembly is equipped with a high-strength aluminum alloy filter head, which is used as a filter device for the lubricating oil circulation system of the oil-lubricated screw compressor and the engineering hydraulic system. It is also equipped with a differential pressure indicator. When the filter needs to be replaced, the differential pressure indicator can send out an indication signal in time.
Professional production process:
1). The filter material is made of fiber (divided into domestic fiber and imported fiber) and resin through a unique process. With a fixed void structure, the filter material does not fall off. The intercepted pollutant particles will not cause "discharge" phenomenon due to pressure difference and flow pulsation.
2). Adopt a gradual aperture structure that gradually shrinks from the surface to the inside and along the flow direction. Intercept pollutant particles of different sizes in layers. Achieve deep absorption of dirt. Thereby greatly improving the service life.
3). Use spiral wound belt to strengthen the support to ensure the filter material
